Aaron is uniquely qualified to represent medical providers who treat patients in personal injury litigation.  First, he advises such medical providers how legally to maximize profitability while raising as few red flags for the liability insurance industry as possible.  Second, he minimizes the ability of defense lawyers to extract medical providers’ trade secret information that the defense wants to use to diminish the favorable settlements and jury verdicts on which medical providers depend when their reimbursement is tied up in litigation.  Third, after the patients’ personal injury cases are concluded, he negotiates the settlement of medical providers’ bills with the plaintiff law firms.

After law school, Aaron was awarded a clerkship at the Florida Supreme Court, where he served under Justice, Barbara J. Pariente.  His primary responsibility was drafting Florida Supreme Court opinions for publication.  

Aaron then worked as an associate attorney in two large commercial litigation law firms in Tampa – Broad and Cassell and Glen Rasmussen.  He then left commercial litigation to practice insurance defense with Barnett and Associates, which later merged with another firm to become Smoak, Chistolini, and Barnett.

In January 2022, Aaron started The Doctor’s Lawyer, PLLC.  Aaron represents medical providers who treat patients in personal injury litigation and medical experts, including life care planners.
